About Judit
I originally trained as a pharmacist, though I worked in the field only briefly. I began searching for alternatives to the modern, medication- and intervention-focused approach, which primarily treats symptoms, and instead looked for ways of healing that address the root causes.
In Germany, I encountered a holistic perspective — at that time still largely unknown in Hungary — which views the human being as a whole and approaches health challenges accordingly. Through this, I came to understand that preserving health is far simpler than trying to restore it once it has been lost.
I completed my training as a health consultant at the Bruker Institute in Germany, focusing on holistic health, nutrition, lifestyle, and environment.
For over 25 years, I have been working in the field of health preservation — offering cooking courses, workshops, lectures, nutritional and preventive consultations, and retreats.
In my cooking school, the focus is on simplicity, health, and the joy of food — while also bringing sustainability into the kitchen.
