Theory and practice of wholefood cooking – healthy, delicious, simple and beautiful food because our eyes are eating with us.
Plus we bring an ecological approach to the kitchen through the choice of ingredients and the flow of food preparation.
The dishes are vegetarian or vegan, with very few exceptions.
Most of the ingredients used are organic, ige. from controlled organic farms.
