Whether raw, vegan, low carb, gluten-free or simply healthy - flakes, freshly crushed, are part of every trendy kitchen. Because it tastes much better, because it still contains everything important.
This is lifestyle: healthy freshness that tastes good!
Make it - flake it!
The Mockmill is a grinding attachment for KitchenAid and Elektrolux kitchen machines. Inside the mill housing, genuine corundum millstones grind everything from grains to dry pulses to seed spices. The Mockmill grinds any grain, including corn, making it unique among KitchenAid grinders. It can be used with all KitchenAid as well as Electrolux and AEG milling machines.
The grinding fineness of the Mockmill attachment is infinitely adjustable, as with all household mills. However, it grinds rather quietly. A clever little chute allows the freshly ground flour to flow immediately into the bowl of the kitchen machine. No tools are needed to dismantle the mill housing, it can be easily disassembled if needed.
Beautiful, stylish piece - fits well with KitchenAid appliances.
Grain mill attachment for KitchenAid and Elektrolux EKM household appliances. The grinding mechanism is made of steel, which has the advantage of grinding all cereals (except maize), oilseeds and herbs, i.e. you can grind sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds. The latter, however, is so small that the end result is usually not the same creamy texture we like so much with poppy seeds. The fineness of the flour as a grind is infinitely variable: you can make very fine flour as well as coarse meal. The mill is easy to install and easy to remove from both KitchenAid food processors and the Electrolux EKM series. The speed of the grinder is the same as that of a smaller domestic mill.(Mill manufacturing did not grow out of aircraft manufacturing to meet the demands of the times - that's another Messerschmidt company!)
If you already have a KitchenAid in your household, the easiest thing to do with this attachment is to make, for example, oat flakes. In no time at all it is installed. You can process cereal flakes, ground oil seeds and herbs such as cumin or coriander. Oil seeds or spices are treated in the same way as cereals: They are crushed by the machine with the help of a steel roller.
