The Mockmill 100 is an electric mill designed by the German mill developer Wolfgang Mock. The device is unique in several respects:
- a special claim: The inner construction of the mill is very similar to the Fidibus series of Komo mills, as it is the same developer. However, these mills are a little more advanced in their thinking, and the adjustment of the flour fineness is different from that of the Fidibus mills. Specifically, the distance between the millstones can be adjusted by moving a lever.
- easy cleaning
- special mill housing material: The mill housing is made of Arboblend®, a natural material. It is made from a by-product of the wood used in paper production, which means it is basically made from wood.
- Long-lasting 360 W motor: This puts the mill in the mid-range of mills: Its durability and performance are on par with Mockmill Lino 100, Fidibus Classic, Medium and PK1.
- It is aesthetically pleasing and can fit very well into a modern kitchen interior.
Wolfgang Mock is one of the oldest mill developers in Germany, co-founder of HAWOs and KoMo and with the Fidibus mills the developer of the most successful household mill series. His name is a guarantee for the quality of his mills.
