Kneading and mixing unit for the Culina food processor. It consists of a mixing bowl with lid, the drive shaft, a fixed mixer with dough hook and a double whisk. The mixing bowl can hold up to 2kg of dough. The dough hook is ideal for processing heavy doughs such as yeast and bread doughs. The detachable and very efficient double whisk can be used to process light doughs, for example sponge doughs, and to whip cream and egg whites. It also provides excellent service when preparing scrambled eggs and delicious desserts.
