Blue-gloss baking tin with lid, for 750 g

Baking tins made of blue-gloss sheet give off the heat evenly, the lid prevents the bread from drying out. After half the baking time, remove the lid to give the baked food a nice crust. You can use any bread recipe.

For approx. 750 g dough. For better utilisation of the oven, several loaves can be baked at the same time.
