Eschenfelder flaker - with metal hopper - wall model
Eschenfelder flakers are among the oldest and most sophisticated flakers. They come in several variations to suit the customer's needs - the funnel can be made of metal (aluminium) or wood, and the fixing method can be wall-mounted in addition to the usual kitchen counter. This solution is particularly practical where there is not a suitable surface in the kitchen to mount the funnel (3-4 cm wide, free counter or table top edge).
The grain is pressed together by stainless steel rollers with adjustable spacing. The flaking machine has a beautifully crafted wooden structure made of beech wood, the surface of which is treated with a linseed oil stain from controlled organic farming. The wood comes from certified sustainable, responsible forestry (FSC).
The wooden cone is removable. The length of the crank is 20 cm.
The flaker preserves all cereals except maize. Oil seeds and spices can also be crushed with the machine.
