One of our fastest hand mills. The fineness of grind is adjustable. Grinds all types of grain except maize. Large drawer for holding flour. A beautiful mill with a particularly sophisticated design.
Can produce 40 g of flour per minute if you want fine flour and grind wheat. Coarser flour can be ground up to 110 g per minute.
Millstones sharpen themselves during use. The mechanism works with ball bearings, is easy to use and requires no maintenance. The mill gets its silky sheen from the Auro beeswax treatment.
