KoMo's development of the interchangeable grinding chamber feed. It allows flour-sensitive and non-flour-sensitive family members to use the same mill within a family. The chamber insert is designed so that the stone and the grinding chamber around the stone can be completely interchanged. Operation is simple and requires no expertise.

KoMo's interchangeable grinding chamber insert is a unique development. In no other household mill can the entire grinding chamber and stones be replaced in this way. The invention allows one half of the family to grind only gluten-free grains such as millet, corn, buckwheat and rice, while the other half grinds gluten-containing grains such as wheat, rye, spelt, oats, durum and barley. There is no need for two mills, just one interchangeable grinding chamber feeder, which is a much more cost-effective and space-saving solution.

The kit includes a silicone insert, the upper and lower stones, an Allen key and a brush.

Attention. The screw that fixes the runner stone has a left-hand thread, so you need to turn it clockwise to loosen it.
